Dorothy "Dot" (Brodsky) Bernstein

Dorothy (Brodsky) Bernstein age 93, passed away on Sunday January 29, 2023, after a brief illness.

She was born in Queens, NY a daughter of the late Benjamin and Sylvia Greenstein Stern and was educated in NYC schools.

She was married to Aarron Brodsky for several years until his passing in 1988. She was then married to Harold Bernstein until his passing in 2016.

Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law Bruce and Mary Ann Brodsky of Utica; her son-in-law George Karadis of NYC; one brother Murray (Elizabeth) Stern of N. Carolina; her grandchildren, Jessica Montesano, Daniel Brodsky, Stacey and Mike Driscoll and Jason and Nicole Weisberg and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Cynthia Karadis.

Services with burial in the Temple Emanuel Cemetery, Sauquoit, NY, will be at the convenience of the family, with the Rabbi Peter Schanktman, officiating.
