Kenya (Lyons) Hawkins

Mrs. Kenya (Lyons) Hawkins age 56, of Utica entered into rest on Saturday July 3, 2021 at her home.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 13, 1964 a daughter of the late Barbara Lyons and Kenneth Jones.

Kenya was employed for several years as a Residence Councilor with Upstate Cerebral Palsy Center, Utica.

Surviving are her six daughters Chante Hawkins, Vanessa Hawkins, Shayla Hawkins, Valerie Hawkins, LaQueena Dingle and LaQuonda Dingle; sisters, brothers and a host of grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Kenya's wishes and her Muslim Faith, private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in New Forest Cemetery, Utica.
