Mrs. Linda D. (Costello) Gagliano, age 69, of Utica passed away unexpectedly on Thursday (Thanksgiving Day) November 24, 2016 with her beloved family by her side.

She was born in Utica on March 16, 1947 a daughter of the late Ralph and Mary Galime Costello and was educated in local schools. On August 24, 1974 she was married to Frank A. Gagliano in St. Anthony of Padua Church, a blessed union of 39 years until his passing on June 17, 2014. Linda was employed with the General Electric Co. for several years ,and also Parkway Drugs, until her retirement.

Surviving are her beloved daughter and son-in-law Melissa and Michael Minetos of PA., her cherished grandchildren Mikey, Mia, Gabriel and Mikayla; one sister and brother-in-law Cynthia and Richard Archer; one brother and sister-in-law Ralph and Mary Costello; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Peter and Teri Gagliano and family; her aunts Annette Graziano and Madelyn Guidotte and her uncle Eugene Torchia; nieces and nephews Jessica and Chet LoConti and Todd and Grace Costello; great nieces and nephews Vinnie, Franchesca, Gianna, Rocco and Myles and many cousins, especially Philip and Liz Graziano.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 10:00 am in Mt. Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Church, Utica. Private interment will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Visitation will be held on Sunday (today) from 3-6 pm at The Scala & Roefaro Funeral Home Inc. 1122 Culver Ave. Please omit flowers.

The family wishes to extend a special Thank You to the nurses and staff of the ICU and PCU at St. Lukes Hospital for their care and compassion.
