Paul W. Rizzo, Jr

Mr. Paul W. Rizzo, Jr. age 70, of Utica, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday December 11, 2013, at his home.

He was born in Utica on October 9, 1943 a son of the late Paul W. Sr. and Ruth Yost Rizzo and was educated in local schools, having graduated from UFA. He was at one time married to the former Mary Schremmer for 20 years.

Paul was the Owner/Operator of Ambrosia Deli & Pub in West Utica, for the past 14 years. He was previously employed with the Milk Stop Dairy in Clinton and Abeloves Linen Co. He served our country in the US Navy during the Vietnam Era.

Surviving are his beloved daughter and son-in-law Deana and Thomas Bartolomie of Whitesboro; three beloved granddaughters Nicole and husband Vincent Nucci, Toni Bartolomie and Frankie Bartolomie; one beloved great-grandson Dominic Nucci; one sister and one brother. He also leaves his dear friend Eddie Frisillo, whom Paul had many memorable times with. He was predeceased by his cherished son Paul Rizzo III in 1992.

Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
