He also worked as a Voting Machine Operator for the Oneida County Board of Elections for over 35 years.  He was a member of the Elks Club #33 and the American Legion Post # 625. Ralph loved sitting on his porch having a beer with his grandsons

He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, whose life centered around his family. He was a quiet and caring person whose smile would brighten any day. He will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

Surviving are his daughter and son-in-law Regina “Reggie” and John Syrotynski III of New Hartford; one son and daughter-in-law Stephen and Beverly Colicci of Syracuse; his cherished grandchildren David and Michelle Colicci, Andrew and Kristen Colicci, Dr. John and Rachel Syrotynski and Russell Syrotynski; nine beloved and adored great grandchildren Adora, Emma and Joseph Colicci, Carter Colicci, John, Gabriel, Nicholas and Marco Syrotynski and Stella Syrotynski;  and many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. The family would like to acknowledge the many caregivers that took part in our dad’s care, especially Sue, Nadia, Addy, Abby, Robin, Yuliya and the many others that all felt part of our family.  And as our dad would always say… “Watch your Watch”.
