Ursula M. (Leogrande) DelMonte

Mrs. Ursula M. (Leogrande) DelMonte age 83, of Clinton, passed away on Thursday April 8, 2021 at St. Elizabeth Medical Center with her beloved family by her side.

She was born on September 11, 1937 in Utica a daughter of the late Cosmo and Alvida Casaletti Leogrande and was educated in local schools. On July 25, 1960 she was married to James S. DelMonte in St. Patrick’s Church, a blessed union of 61 years. Ursula was employed with the Kelsey Hayes/Utica Corp for several years until her retirement.

Surviving is her beloved husband, Jim; two sisters and one brother-in-law Linda Pinto of MD. and Anne and Fred Bruzzese of Utica; sister-in-law Janet Herbowy and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews whom Ursula loved dearly. She was predeceased by her sister Carolyn Parker and husband Charlie.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday at 11:30 am in Mt. Carmel/Blessed Sacrament Church. Private entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum. All COVID protocols will be required, face masks, social distancing and please arrive to church mass early for trace signing.
