Violet Ann "Vi" Taurisano

Miss Violet Ann "Vi" Taurisano, age 86, of Utica, passed away on Wednesday September 24, 2014 at the St. Luke's Home.

She was born on November 20, 1927 in Utica, a daughter of the late Angelo and Rose Peters Taurisano, and was a graduate of T.R.ProctorHigh School.

Vi, was employed for over 40 years at General Electric as a tester of electronics, until her retirement.

She was a parishioner of Mt.CarmelChurch.

She was predeceased by her three beloved brothers and sister-in-law, Roscoe and his wife, Carmella Taurisano, Albert Taurisano and Richard Taurisano.

Surviving are two sisters-in-law, Patricia (Pat) Taurisano and Lucille Taurisano and several nieces, nephews and cousins, including a special nephew David Taurisano.

There will be no public visitation.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in the family plot in CalvaryCemetery.
